is an American non-profit corporation registered with the Kentucky Secretary of State and granted tax-exempt status by the IRS.

Based in Lexington, Kentucky, the Corporation was formed to gather and preserve rare and out-of-print religious works not otherwise readily available, like the works of John Nelson Darby, including his translation of the Bible, and offer them to the public, including by publishing, for Christian study and personal faith development.
